Our Story
From one act of compassion to a weekly rhythm of faith, food, and presence on the streets of Die Moot.
The Beginning
It started with a table, a few chairs, and a heart for the streets.
Heart Creations NPC was born in Die Moot, Pretoria from a simple conviction: faith without action is noise. What began as one person's decision to show up for people sleeping rough has grown into a weekly rhythm of consistent, compassionate presence.
Every Tuesday, our team walks the streets — not with sermons first, but with soup. Not with judgement, but with jackets. Not with distance, but with dignity.

Our Mission
Practical care. Real hope. In Jesus' name.
To bring food, clothing, prayer, and consistent human presence to homeless individuals, elderly residents, and families in need — right where they are, every week, without fail.
Vision
A Die Moot where no person is unseen, unfed, or unloved — where the community reflects Christ's heart for the vulnerable.
Calling
To demonstrate the love of Jesus through weekly acts of service, building relationships rooted in dignity, consistency, and practical compassion.
Our Values

Dignity First
Every person we meet is made in the image of God and deserving of respect. We don't do charity — we build relationships.
Radical Consistency
We show up every Tuesday, rain or shine. Consistency builds trust. Trust opens doors. People need to know we'll be there.
Faith in Action
Our faith compels us to love practically. We believe the gospel is best communicated through presence, service, and genuine care.
Community Rooted
We live and work in Die Moot. These are our neighbours. This is our community. We're not an outside organisation — we're family.
